June 15, 2018

ForeFront Power is proud to have worked closely with Dixon Unified School District to realize their renewable energy and savings goals. Our team partnered with Dixon USD to conceptualize, design, develop, and finance 843 kilowatts (kW) of solar power across five locations.

The five projects include Jacobs Middle, Gretchen Higgins Elementary, Silveyville Elementary, Tremont Elementary, and Dixon Old High School.

Check out the video below to hear from John Calise, the Director of Facilities, Operations and Capital Projects at Dixon Unified School District. He explains his motivations and experiences with solar procurement across five locations in the Central Valley of California, including the benefits of working with SPURR - the School Project for Utility Rate Reduction.
